Since 2006, with the acquisition of a seed plant in the Kursk region, the development of the company's seed business began.
The company is engaged in the selection of popular seeds of agricultural crops. When growing seeds, only original agrochemicals by such manufacturers as Syngenta (Switzerland), Bayer (Germany) are used. The seed plant is equipped with equipment by Kimbria (Denmark).
The plant is equipped with a drying unit, which allows, if necessary, to dry seeds to condition. Since 2012, all grain drying complexes have been switched to gas supply.
Cultivation of agricultural crops
- Winter wheat seeds. Varieties: Grom, Graf, Timiryazevka-150, Gomer, Agrofak, Soberbash, Shkola, Etana;
- Malting barley. Varieties: Despina.
- Sunflower seeds;
- Soybean seeds: Hanna, Nordica, Kioto, Asuka, Volma, Pripyat, Adessa, Absent;
- Corn seeds;
Seeds undergo 5 degrees of purification:
- Primary and secondary cleaning;
- Sorting out weed seeds;
- Sorting by specific weight;
- Calibration;
- Species-specific grain separation with CSort color sorter;
Processing
Seed material is treated with dresser (at customer’s request), then packed into big bags with an automatic dispenser.
Efficiency
The acceptance capacity of the seed plant is up to 5 thousand tons per day.
