One of the most modern malting factories in Europe and one of the largest malting factories in Russia. The product range includes two types of malt: barley malt and wheat malt, which meet the highest requirements of brewers.

Since 2023, the Nosters malt house (formerly Baltic Malt) has been part of the Grainrus group of companies (Grainrus Group).

Round-the-clock loading of malt makes it possible to optimize schedules for the tasks and deadlines of each client, and the technical capabilities of the enterprise allow us to ship about 10 hoppers, 3 covered wagons and 30 cars/containers per day. The total volume of loading is about 1,000 tons per day.

Our own railway line passing through the territory of the malt house allows us to organize the transportation of products on favorable terms for our customers.

Various packaging options: bags, bulk, liner bags. Bags: 25 and 50 kg.

When filling the silo, detailed analysis of the malt is carried out according to all specification parameters.

The own modern laboratory allows us to control product quality at all stages of production.

At these stages, malt quality parameters are also monitored and accompanying shipping documentation is prepared.

Malt production

Since 2012, with the acquisition of the malt house, not only the Russian malt brand Kursky Solod (Kursk Malt) emerged, but the Group also outlined its business vector from importer to malt producer.

Distilling products & drinks

Production and sales of raw materials and ingredients for distilling. Distillate is obtained from grain, fruit and sugar mash. One or several distillations are enough. Products based on distillate or rectified spirit: grappa, whiskey, brandy, rum, tequila, absinthe, liquor, gin, Sambuca. Distillate is obtained from grain, fruit and sugar mash. One or several distillations are enough. Rectified spirit is made from crude alcohol — a product of mash distillation. It is driven through the column only after it has been diluted until its alcohol content is 40%. As a rule, this requires pre-distillation.
