In November 2018 the first phase of the grain railway terminal for receiving, storing, shipping and transshipping grain, grain legumes and oilseeds with a capacity of 350,000 tons per year was put into operation in Otreshkovo village (Kursk region).
In August 2019 the first phase of grain storage silos with a capacity of 35,000 tons was put into operation. After introduction of the second phase the capacity of grain transshipping to railway transport will be increased up to 500,000 tons per year.
Within the framework of the project 2.5 km of own railway track was laid from the railway station Otreshkovo to the elevator complex. Up to 120 wagons can be located on the railway track at the same time. The shipping capacity of the grain elevator complex is up to 60 wagons per day. In the process of loading grain into wagons samples of grain are automatically taken and analyzed.
