7 pplIn October 2025, Nosters LLC was renamed to "Grainrus - Baltic Malt".
The malthouse, located in St. Petersburg and being one of the most modern in Europe, became part of the Grainrus group of companies in 2023. The management of the enterprise is headed by Galina Aleksandrovna Avidonova, who has been the permanent head of the Grainrus Group's malting productions for 12 years. In 2022, Galina Aleksandrovna was awarded the national "Manager of the Year 2022" certificate.
"Grainrus - Baltic Malt" continues to produce a wide range of barley malts for brewing and distilling, including two types of smoked malts: beech-smoked and peat-smoked. The advantageous geographical location on the banks of the Neva River, coupled with convenient railway and automotive shipping facilities, enables a total shipping volume of at least 1,000 tons per day.
