Made from selected two-row brewing barley, this malt is used as a base malt for brewing most varieties of light beers. Steeping and germination occur in the most comfortable conditions for barley to achieve high quality and homogeneity of malt. The air temperature during drying varies between 80-85° C. The taste of this malt is slightly sweet, with a nutty flavour.
