Rye malt is used in brewing to give beer a pleasant sourness and a bready, roasted flavor with subtle chocolate notes. Makes the foam stable and colors the beer a rich, deep brown color. The main types of rye beer: Rye IPA, Roggen beer, Sahti, Rye APA, Rye Porter, Rye Stout, Rye Bock.

Beviale Moscow is the main and only exhibition in Russia and the CIS of equipment, ingredients and packaging for the production and sale of all types of drinks.
