Compound Feed Production
Compound feed production is one of the business areas of the Grainrus Group. This segment is represented by the Rybinsk Compound Feed Plant (RKKZ), which specialises in manufacturing feed for farm animals. With a history spanning more than 30 years, the plant became part of the Grainrus Group in 2024. It has well-developed production and warehousing infrastructure and manufactures both mash and pelleted compound feed using modern processing equipment. The plant has the capacity to produce up to 420 tonnes of mash feed and up to 400 tonnes of pelleted feed per day.
Technology and Quality Control
The production complex is equipped with pelleting lines, multi-component batching systems and micro-dosing systems. These technologies enable precise adherence to feed formulations and ensure the consistency of the finished products.Quality control of both raw materials and finished compound feed is an essential part of the production process. The Rybinsk Compound Feed Plant operates an in-house production and process control laboratory that inspects incoming raw materials and tests finished products.
Storage and Logistics
RKKZ has the infrastructure required for receiving, storing and dispatching grain-based and flour-based raw materials, as well as finished products. The combined capacity of the complex's storage facilities and grain elevators is up to 52,200 tonnes.Road and rail infrastructure provides the capacity to organise raw material deliveries and dispatch finished products.
The production capacity, advanced equipment and well-developed logistics infrastructure of the Rybinsk Compound Feed Plant enable Grainrus to expand its compound feed business and meet the needs of the agricultural sector.
The Rybinsk Compound Feed Plant has a daily production capacity of up to 420 tonnes of mash compound feed and 400 tonnes of pelleted compound feed. Its total daily production capacity is therefore up to 820 tonnes, depending on the product mix.
