Specialised malt for production of whisky and other spirits, made from a specific variety of barley. This malt has distinctive features: an increased level of fermentation and absence of any by-products during the distillation process.
This malt has mild sweet and grainy notes, high enzyme content and a significant amunt of soluble nitrogent.
