The hop fields are currently in one of the most critical phases—preparing for the 2025 harvest.

Harvesting will begin once the alpha acid content in the cones and their moisture levels reach target values. To ensure this, agronomists regularly monitor the ripening progress of the hop cones.

The "Grainrus Hops" project is the first modern industrial-scale hop farm located in the Seversky District of Krasnodar Krai. It is a full-cycle enterprise—from cultivation to primary processing and pelletizing.
