Burik Beer (https://vk.com/burikbeer), who have kindly provided their own platform and equipment;
Mookhomor Production, who donated a barrel for further aging of beer and provided a specialist in brewing – Viktor Shevchenko;
And, of course, Alchemist Brew Lab brewery, which brought raw materials from Grainrus, the recipe and its permanent brewer Sergey Matveyev.
The organizers were the editorial board of the magazine "Beverage Industry" (http://www.beverage-industry.ru).
The purpose of brewing: to brew a delicious, dense beer, to mature and age it as long as possible in an oak barrel, to get a wonderful result that the forum participants will try next year.
