The agricultural business division includes a land bank of 110,000 hectares located in the Kursk, Rostov, Ivanovo, Pskov, and Yaroslavl regions, as well as in Kuban.
Kursk Region
In 2020, the arable land area was 45,000 hectares. In 2021, Grainrus Agro began expanding its cultivated land bank in the Kursk region to 54,000 hectares by acquiring new land plots.
The land is located in the Medvensky, Zolotukhinsky, Shchigrovsky, Oboyansky, and Kursky districts of the Kursk region.

In August 2021, the land bank reached 75,000 hectares. The geography of arable lands, agricultural areas, and production facilities has expanded across the Kursk, Yaroslavl, Ivanovo, Pskov, and Rostov regions, as well as Krasnodar Krai.
In 2025 Grainrus owns 110 000 hectares of arable lands.
