73 pplOn June 24, representatives of Grainrus and Fermentis visited the ALVISA WHISKY distillery—a leading alcoholic beverage producer and Russia’s first full-cycle malt and grain whisky production facility.
The visit aimed to discuss joint projects and film a series of videos. The meeting was both productive and intensive.
Accompanied by the production director, the Grainrus and Fermentis teams toured the facility, examining every stage of the production process—from malt intake and water preparation to fermentation, distillation, and spirit maturation.
Special attention was given to the laboratory, where staff meticulously monitor each production phase. In the cooperage, experts shared insights into working with oak barrels, and the tour concluded at the bottling line for alcoholic beverages.
During the visit, ALVISA’s team shared the distillery’s history, development prospects, and near-future plans.
