МИЦ — Research Center MIC "Beer and Beverages XXI Century". The institution has state accreditation. The center is equipped with modern analytical instruments and equipment, which, combined with highly qualified employees and their research experience in the field of production of malt, beer and beverages (water, soft drinks, kvass, cider, poiret, mead), allows for research using methods accepted not only in Russia, but also by the European Brewing Convention, the UK Brewing Institute, and the American Society of Brewing Chemists. The center conducts research to assess the quality of water, soft drinks, beer, barley, malt, auxiliary materials, and also determines the effectiveness of the action and introduction into practice of new enzyme preparations, detergents and disinfectants at domestic factories.
