Lab work brewery
A separate building equipped for an experimental microbrewery.
Russian-made brewery - "Prominkom" and "Polyfilter". Brewhouse - three-pot, 100 liters. Includes mash kettle, filter tun and brewer (it is also a whirlpool). Heating by heating elements, which heat the water in the jacket of the boilers and do not have direct contact with the wort.
Four cylindrical-conical fermentation tanks with a volume of 100 liters. Semi-automatic control, digital system in which cooking programs can be entered, but some operations must be performed manually.
The microbrewery has equipment similar to those installed at industrial breweries and is designed for experimental brews: quality control of raw materials, development of beer recipes, development of new beer recipes, test brews. Training and practical training are provided.
There is a bar counter with a small hall. The room is equipped with a malt crusher, water preparation and cooling system.
