Grainrus cooperation with the Moscow State University of Food Production (MSUFP).

In the spring of 2022, Grainrus signed a cooperation agreement with the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education Moscow State University of Food Production (MSUFP).

The company provides not only process facilities for full-cycle brewing to bottling, but also a full range of raw materials for brewers: malt, hops, yeast and ingredients. This allows future brewers to get as close as possible to the profession under the guidance of experienced technologists. The company’s specialists welcome this opportunity to share their experience and practical advice with university students.

Many Grainrus employees are graduates of MSUFP under the following programs: “Fermentation Technology and Winemaking”, “Biotechnology”, “Automation of Technological Processes and Production”.

The company’s specialists have practical experience in large and small industries, in the development of recipes, in advising technologists of breweries in Russia and the CIS, and also act as experts on federal and regional TV channels.
